Very clean room looks recently updated very comfortable stay
Loved this hotel, the staff was great. They don't have breakfast on site however they do give you a voucher for Reagan's Pancake House which is across the street. Each room has a TV so that way if you have kids they can watch what they want and you can too. They have an indoor pool which we didn't use cause we went in October. The cleaning staff were great. Really everything was great we enjoyed our stay there
The rooms were huge. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very nice. It was centrally located, easy walking to several locations. I will definitely stay here again. The lobby was decorated for Easter, very cute.
The hotel looked much nicer online. It served its purpose, but they certainly could use some improvements inside the lobby, hallways and rooms. Each room had a balcony (great view from the 4th floor facing the river), but they were shared balconies which I did not like. No privacy! Their indoor pool was very small, so we didn't attempt to enjoy it. It was crowded with just 4 people in there!
Wonderful stay! Room was very clean and cool when we checked in. Tammy and Sherry were very friendly and attentive. Excellent job on cleaning the rooms and hospitality! Will definitely be back! Everyone here was extremely friendly.
Its a very nice and clean place right in the center of Pigeon Forge tennessee oh and forgot to mention they rates are awesome dont forget to check it out
Very nice accommodations. Fireplace in room was great because it was very cold when we went right before Christmas. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and I was not expecting such lovely decorations, the tree was gorgeous and the nativity.
The location of this place is nice, the rooms are clean, the beds are nice, the breakfast provided is amazing, and the Jacuzzi is amazing. *However, the walls feel paper thin, as sound from the lobby and the next door rooms can be heard way too easily. Hard to think and sleep in peace with so much noise so easy to be heard.
